Today we had a VERY productive Meet at the Poor Peoples Pub! We learned how to use a very dilute solution of HF to test our commercial and home made glass restoration products. We also learned about the three different destructive effects of HF commercial products used for restoration. Everything was demonstrated right on the table. These were things no one had seen before so we now all share the skills.
This is just the beginning! Moving into the winter now I will be meeting once a month. And will be focusing on technology that will help us to develop Glass Smart companies that will set us apart from other cleaning companies. The bottom line is that no one can afford to hire a window cleaning company that is NOT Glass Smart.
The next NEGSA Meet at the PPP will focus on the theme of "Scratch Maintenance". We are also starting an educational newsletter for EVERYONE of our customers!
